Rewards Points
Points are a virtual currency that can be earned by completing specific tasks and can be redeemed for money and deducted from your product amount. There is no limit on the validity period of the points. You can buy as many products as you want on Kowkis and accumulate points for yourself.
Members can see the points in "MY ACCOUNT"-"MEMBER CENTER"
How to Earn Points
- Purchase Rewards
🟣Earn Points against your purchase amount. Get 1 Point for every $1 spent. （Order points can only be calculated based on the actual order settlement amount.）
PS：When the order is completed, the points will be automatically credited to your account. When your order is refunded, the bonus points will be issued based on the final order amount after deducting the refund. When your order is refunded partially after completion, the points you have earned will be deducted in proportion as well.
Points will only be awarded for orders that have been confirmed completed from the start of the event. Points cannot be claimed for previously completed orders.
- Product Reviews
🟡 Regular Reviews: Share your experience and get 100 points per comment. （Comment points can only be obtained after the comment is published in public, because we will review the content of everyone's comments. To ensure that everyone's comments can be published successfully, please write comments in the format of picture + text description. The content must be positive, without insults or false propaganda.）
- Account Activities
🟢 Account Registration: Earn 100 Points for registering an account.
🔵Email Subscription: Earn 100 Points for subscribing to our email updates.
🟠Daily Login Sign-in: Earn 10 points by logging in to the website and visiting every day.
Redeeming Points
Order Deduction
Flexible Redemption: Use your Points to deduct from the product amount. Every 100 points equates to a $1.00 deduction. There is no limit on the amount of points that can be redeemed to offset the product amount. You can also use other discount codes at the same time.
PS： If you used the points to offset the amount, but the order is cancelled, your points will be refunded. However, if only a partial refund is made for the order, the points already used will not be refunded.
We will try our best to add corresponding points to users who have registered and subscribed. If there is any omission, please contact our customer service staff.
