When submitting the form, kindly provide all required information in one complete submission, including:

  • Order number
  • Product SKU
  • Email address
  • A detailed description of your issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Clear photos of the specific replacement parts you require
  • Unboxing video

Submitting complete information at once allows us to forward your case directly to the corresponding brand factory, helping to avoid repeated email communication and saving time for all parties involved.

Please note that replacement parts require processing time from the factory. Once we receive them, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible. There is no need to submit the form repeatedly, kindly wait patiently.
